Jack's HS Graduation!

Jack graduated from high school last weekend with a 4.0 gpa, as a member of the National Honor Society, and a ton of college credits. Yep, I just bragged. We are very proud of him.
Nanna came out from NY and stayed for almost 5 days. It was great to have her as part of the celebration.
Grandma and Grandpa also came up from Columbus for a night.
How am I now the shortest one?
Oh right, I'm shrinking! Below: Luke on the lower step.
Pictures of people taking pictures. So many camera's going this week. Unfortunately, the "good camera" was not working properly so some photos were blurry (it would not focus or even work at times).
The moment Jack walked across the stage at The Mac. The HS held graduation at the Kent State basketball arena. A warm up of sorts.
It was an emotional day.
A candid shot of the group including a friend sitting behind us. Her son and one of Jack's best friends was also graduating.
Who's that clown? I think Luke snatched my phone...

One of Jack's friends and fellow grads. Also on the XC and track teams.
Afterword we celebrated at home with cake and gifts.
Weird shot but I sort of like it. People were very generous. Jack is almost done writing his thank you notes.
Oh, right...before cake we went out to eat in Hudson. Too many Kent restaurants are closed on Sunday. Someone call the mayor. Anyway, jack with his grandparents.
We did a lot with Nana during the week. We went on a tour at the KSU School of Fashion. It's ranked 5th in the US, down from 4th. What happened?
We also like to sit in big chairs.
Still at the fashion museum and tour.
The boys found some cozy spots.
Luke was happy to see a display of Cologne. He's obsessed with it. He saves up and buys stuff like Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Le Parfum. Cause he's a real male.
We've been proud parents all week but it's difficult to think of Jack in college in a matter of months, even if he's less than 2 miles away (don't say anything).
Much more to come.
