Luke's freshmen year of cross country is well underway. Below is the finish at a duel meet vs Barberton. I believe he PR'd here, although its XC and time-based PRs are...complicated.
The Streetsboro meet was much larger with around 12 teams. It was two days after the Barberton meet!
It was a fast course and a beautiful day. Unfortunately, he didn't feel so hot. He got sick after the race and ended up with a fever. I suppose the silver lining school on Monday.
The Spartan Invitational (below) is probably the largest meet with over 100 teams.
In reality, Luke is still getting in shape. It's always a balancing act about how much to push him to run pre-season.
