The past couple months are the quietest of the year and we like it that way. Track just started and Jack is graduating so things are gearing up.

I've been very consistent on the trainer this winter. This is some of my fuel for a 115 mile ride indoor. Not as bad as you would think but it took all morning.
At least one of us have been sick during the past month. Maybe it started with Jack's case of Blue Tongue?
