Maybe I have worked out my blog issues after a few months without posting.
Hopefully we're back! I don't have my editing software at the moment so until I
figure that out most photos will have little or no editing. Anyway, these are
some photos of our family trip to Vermont last July (July!). There are a
lot of pictures that didn't make it, but maybe later. For now I just need to
catch up so this is just a photo dump.
Above are the grand kids Luke, Jack, Nana, and Maddie playing around. Below are the other youngsters! At Nana's cabin.
The unit had a wonderful walkout to the courtyard.
Everything about it was cozy.
We were there for the great outdoors but indoor was pretty good, too.
Don't ask...
Morning coffee or breakfast on the porch was fantastic.
The boy's bedroom.
Mary and I. Oh look, it came with a road bike!
Everyone hanging out at the condo.
There was a pool and hottub right outside the door!
The boys never missed a day in it.
Neither did Mary.
Luke in a chair.
A long shot of the pool.
This place is WAY more crowded during ski season.
We like it like this. Our place was the brown building on the right.
Lots of places to sit or take photos.
Even giant red chairs.
Which one of them looks like he's hatching an evil plot?
Ah, that one!
Manchester was a ton of fun. Here we're at the bookstore.
Jack's little buddy.
We took the lift to the top of the mountain.
I have no idea what was said here but apparently 2/3 of them thought it was funny.
Below: Maddie, David, and Amy at the top of the mountian.
All I said was, "Put your arms around each other."
David and I.
David and Amy.
I wonder how many times that bear has had its photo taken.
David and Maddie.
Every morning we went out for a run or ride. Everything was hilly. Great elevation. Here we are as high up as you could go on a road. It was a good 12%. I made the boys run it as I peddled along.
If you did nothing else but take walks it would be worth the trip.
Until next time, Stratton!
