Kent was in line for a total eclipse today. We decided to stay away from crowds and just experience it on the deck. Below is a photo Jack took at about 3:00pm.
The birds stopped chirping and you could hear the crowds in downtown Kent screaming. Below is some of the equipment Luke brought for the occasion. Yes, he put the glasses over the lens.
It was a slow roll at first but toward the end it went fast.
