Track Workout

The boys warmed up to the HS track for a ladder workout. Specifically, 200m, 400m, 800m, 800m, 400m, 200m. It was a threshold just slower than their goal mile race pace. Luke skipped the second 800m. It's his first track season and he does not have a strong enough base yet.
They were good sports to do an extra preseason workout during their spring beak! Not one complaint.
