Last weekend Jack's school attended the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) and he competed in the ensemble portion. Throughout the performance his music stand slowly shrank lower and lower. He needed both hands to play so could not fix it. Eventually he was squatting on the floor before his teacher appeared and held it in place. Jack never flinched and got a round of applause for it. Too bad they didn't allow video! This is Jack after the calisthenic performance.
