Costa Rica (Prt 2): The "Tent"

A full post about the room seems excessive but we enjoyed it so much that it would be a crime not to include a thousand photos. Karen had her own room as did Lisa and David/Amy/Maddie. The panoramic views (like the one below) are best seen if you click on it to enlarge.
We all loved the pool, especially Luke. The minute we arrived we jumped in while it was pouring rain. It was steaming hot! Oh, and you could turn on underwater lights to make it whatever color you liked.
Every day new towels appeared and the room was cleaned.
The hammock was a great place to relax. Jack is looking over the pool at the volcano (see final photo).
A hundred ways to lay around. The weather was always 80 degrees and comfortable.
We ate the complementary breakfast at the room every morning. The food was excellent. There was so much of it but we did our best to pig out.
Below is a panoramic of the bathroom with Jack off to the left at the mini bar.
Don't forget about the mini bar! Every day it was restocked for "free." If there was something left over I hid it in my backpack so it would get restocked...but don't tell anyone.
Below: A view into Luke's room. None of the tents could see each other. Everything was surrounded by jungle.
The OUTDOOR shower with two shower heads. My personal favorite.
The deck overlooked the volcano. It was 1.5k away. The eruption radius was 45k. One of the guys, who saw the live eruption as a child, said there is no need to run if it erupts again. Find the best bottle of tequila, he said, and enjoy the show. Everyone was so relaxed.
