We just returned home from a week at Beaches in Turks and Caicos. It was our first all-inclusive resort. I’m not much for vacations like this but it was exciting and simultaneously relaxing. It was especially fun to watch the boys.
Even the flight was beautiful, although from the look on Luke's face you would think it was a scary Disney ride.
The beach felt like sugar and the water so clear that 25-feet looked no deeper than bath water. It was mid-eighties the entire week with about 1-hour of rain on Wednesday. We lucked out!
Jack and Luke went directly for the water. It was far warmer than the North-East beaches I knew as a child. You could stay in the water all day!
The boys spend hours rolling around like a couple crabs caught in the tide.
Our first dinner was at Schooners, one of 21 restaurants.
I despise food pictures but every meal was excellent. Below was our first breakfast as Sky.
Walking around the resort was nearly as fun as the beach. Every part of it was hyper manicured and fun to explore. Another photo at Sky. It was all swimming, exploring, and eating!
More photos soon. There are a billion of them! I still need to look through all the video but will post to the blog in multiple parts.
