It was way too long between visits. Due to the pandemic, and the fact that
I'm fully vaccinated, this was the first trip I've made in over a
year.
Dad, Karen, and I hung out for an extended weekend and had a great time
catching up. Dad and I went to lunch at The Tomato Cafe near Vassar College. He ate a hamburger the size of a cow and I had the salmon.
I was able to get in one short ride around Spackenkill and was luck enough to
get a few top times on what I'd call an off day.
Looking forward to seeing them again in the near future but this time with
the entire family!
