How is it September already? It must be dark magic. The same kind grandma uses to win chess games! These are photos from our August visit to Columbus.
Mary had a high school reunion (I won't tell you how many decades ago that was) where the boys and I took a hike to the Hoover Dam while they traded stories of ancient days gone by.
We climbed the slope to the top of the damn.
Big adventures.
The view from the top was fantastic. An entire ecosystem exists at the foot of the damn.
They look over the reservoir where Luke claimed it as explorer's right of discovery.
We also explored the ultimate Frisbee course which was hopping with teams.
Jack also picked up litter.
This we can't explain so I won't even try.
Now, on to September!
