Jack has been clamoring to go back to B&N so we took the opportunity to pick up what has become his first book obsession: Diary of a Wimpy Kid. He has liked a number of books but this is the first one he's devouring on his own. He started reading it during his free time at school on Friday and has not stopped since so we picked up part 2. Last night he read it to me! We ate chocolate cake and had hot chocolate in the cafe.
The following, less academic looking shot is not what it looks like. Jack's innocence is still intact but when you have something in your eye the longest finger works best to remove it.
Later he made a good case for the gaming chair but we think our regular chairs work okay.
